Belt blanching machine

The belt blanching machine is made of stainless steel and non-metal materials certified for use in the food industry. It consists of insulated vessel in which the product is placed and is moved forward by a belt . The machine is powered by a gear motor equipped with frequency inverter. The water is heated by a separate “shell and tube” heat exchanger. At it’s final section the machine works as a cooler. The processing time can be set various.
