Blanching vessels
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel. It is equipped with blow out valve, steam manometer and steam jacket covering the whole cistern. It can be used for brewing jam. The machine consists of – steam jacket, (cylindrical housing ..). Delivery chute for the product is placed on the top of the cylinder.
