The brush washing machine is designed for washing cucumbers, carrots, potatoes, peppers and others. It consists of water vessel, working camera with parallel mounted rotors with brushes, spillway for discharging waste water, delivering elevator, spraying system. It is powered by a variator-motor. The friction between the vegetables and the brushes in addition to the highly turbulented water in the working camera assure that the vegetables are well washed. The brush washing machine is also build with vertical brushes. This model has an air blower. Through fuses in the vessel under a stainless inclined grate, the air blower aerates the water. This additional aeration improves the washing and helps moving the material out of the vessel.
