The drum washing machine is used for washing of resistant fruits and vegetables – zucchini, root vegetables and other. It is made of stainless steel. The non-metal materials which get in touch with the product are made of materials certified for use in the food industry. The machine consists of: frame, receiving vessel, screen and drum. Paddles are mounted along the drum. They mix and push the product along the drum. A variator powers the machine and regulates the rotations of the drum.
