Installation for mayonnaise, mustard and other souces
This installation is used for producing mustard, mayonnaise and other sauces. The technological process is periodical.
Technological processes: -Mixing -Dosing -Vacuum deaeration -Homogenization Processes are controlled by an automatized system. The machine operator can use the system to change the order of the processes and their duration.
