Lines for clear juice and concentrates








The main raw products to process are apples, cherries, morrello cherries, forest fruits etc.

The capacities of lines vary from 200 up to 10000 kg/h of raw material.

The main processes are:

- receiving

- washing

- crushing (for certain fruits)

- pressing – different presses can be used depending on the capacity and the raw material

                        - pack press

                        - Belt press

                        - filter press

                        - “Bucher” press

                        - decanter

- ferment treatment

- filtering – standard filtering or UF can be used

- receiving of direct juices or further concentrates
