Lines for grilled, peeled pepper and eggplant

The company manufactures complete lines for grilling and further peeling of red pepper, eggplants. The grilling is accomplished by electrical or gas burning.

Lines are completed for the following operations:

- cutting of the pepper stems

- seeds removing

- grilling

- mechanical peeling

- final peeling – manual operation

Capacity:

- up to 170 kg/h – with one electrical oven

- up to 600 kg/h – with one gas oven
