Pepper peeling machine
The pepper peeling machine is part of the pepper processing installation. After grilling the peppers/eggplants are processed with the peeling machine. It consists of frame made of stainless steel, receiving vessel, screen, drum covered with stainless steel grid. A set of spraying nozzles is mounted in the center of the drum. The peeled product passes through the other end of the drum and is processed for completion of the peeling. The machine is made completely of stainless steel. It is powered by a motor-variator which allows changing the rotation speed of the drum.
