Scrape surface heat exchangers
Scrape surface heat exchangers are used for cooling of viscous food liquids.
It provides even product heating through the whole volume. The machine consists of heat exchanger, frame and powering. The body of the heat exchanger is a jacketed cylinder to which the working liquid is fed. A rotor with blades which mix the product is mounted inside the cylinder.
