Screw heat exchangers

Screw heat exchanger Screw heat exchanger is used for over boiling fruit or vegetable mash in juice processing. The machine consists of:

-          Housing covered with steam jacket. A manhole for cleaning and prophylactic is placed on the top of the housing.

-          Serpentine – mounted inside the housing. It is powered by a gear motor equipped with frequency inverter.

-          Steam and condensation couplings – delivers steam to the steam jacket and the serpentine.
