Vacuum-evaporating installations for clarified concentrates




Designed for concentration of clear fruit juices from apples, berries, cherries, grape etc.

The concentration is executed in falling film in the evaporators.

The installation can have two, three or more stages.

As an option they can be completed with aroma capturing unit.

"Thermohran" designs aroma-recovery installations with one and two-stage evaporators.

If the height of the premises is not enough a horizontal execution of the installations is available.
