Vacuum evaporating pans (periodical processing)








The vacuum machine concentrates product, by water evaporation under vacuum.

The machine represents vertical, cylindrical, double jacketed vessel with volume 650l. The inside bottom is made of stainless steel. Manhole, vacuum meter, sight glasses, ball valve with funnel and nozzle/sleeve used to clean the machine are mounted on the end. A cylinder that holds the powering of the mixing mechanism is also mounted there.

A throat with steam disposal valve and a thermometer are mounted sideways on the cylinder. A product delivery nozzle, probe for taking samples, sight glass are placed on the cylindrical part of the machine. There is a faucet for draining the product on the bottom of the vessel.

The scrambling mechanism scrambles the product and improves the heat exchange process. It also prevents the product from burning out at the bottom.

Every part of the machine which gets in touch with the product is made of stainless steel and the gaskets are made of rubber certified for used in the food industry.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For small capacities we offer vacuum evaporators with volume 200l.

Vacuum machines are also used for concentration of fruit/vegetable puree as well as processing jam, marmalade and others. The machine has a spherical bottom and anchor like mixer. The heating is done using steam. Every element of the machine that gets in touch with the product is made of stainless steel. The steam jacket is also made of stainless steel. It is equipped with pipe connections, condenser, vacuum pump, control and measuring devices.
