“Shellandtube” heatexchangers

This type of heat exchangers are used for heating products with medium or low viscosity – crushed tomatoes, fruit and vegetable mash and semi concentrate. It consists of rolled at both ends of tube sheets tubes / The machine consists of tubes rolled at both ends, mounted to tube sheets which form tube bundle. The tube bundle is mounted into a “shell” which has two bonnets.  Steam is delivered in the “shell”.
